TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DAD BOD DADDY, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, OR SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and Dad Bod Daddy consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
